Welcome to the Photography Submission page for the Curated Frame Photography Museum call for Photographers page. The Curated Frame Photography Museum invites photographers worldwide to submit work for consideration. We are seeking images that demonstrate vision, technical mastery, and originality. Selected work will be included in our curated online collection, visible to a global audience.

Call for Photographers – Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must have the ability to send us high-quality digital images of their work upon acceptance.
- Applicant must show technical proficiency in photography (composition, lighting, focus, white balance, digital noise, etc.).
- Applicant must demonstrate originality and creativity in the photographic approach.
- A clear artist statement explaining the intention behind the work must be supplied.
- Applicant must display a commitment to the artistic process, regardless of experience level.
- Professionalism in presentation and submission.
- You must guarantee upon application that you created the work and have all of the relevant permissions to display the work and hold the Photography Museum harmless from any action that arises out of your failure to obtain permission, and agree that all liability is on the photographer.

Pay the Application Fee

- Email Your Submission
After completing your payment, email us your application at [insert email]. Attach 5-7 of your best pieces and include a brief description of your work and artistic vision. You must include your website links, experience and credentials along with your Artist Biography. Begin your email with: I have read all of the Photographers/Applicants Terms of Service, and I understand them and agree to them.
Once your submission is received, we’ll review your work. If selected, you’ll be contacted for the next steps to display your pieces in the online museum.
Before submitting your work, we kindly ask that you take a moment to thoroughly review and grasp the qualifications outlined for this opportunity. While we wish we could showcase every talented photographer, this invitation is reserved for those truly exceptional artists whose skills and vision set them apart.
If you are unsure, you should be aware that we will refund part of your application fee if denied. We don’t want to discourage photographers from applying. This reduces your risk.
Questions About the Call for Photographers Application
Does the artist keep all rights to the photographs?
Yes, the only thing you must do is allow us to display your work here in the Museum. You also must allow us to use your work, with full credits, in our advertising, although not everyone’s images will be used. Supporting and protecting the photographer is our priority.
Is there a fee to submit work for consideration?
The application fee is $150, which covers the time spent reviewing your submission and curating your online museum page.
Is there a refund if I get denied?
If, after reviewing your work, we determine that it does not meet the standards or scope for inclusion in the Museum, we will issue a partial refund of $100.
What if I get denied? Can the $50 go toward a future application?
To support your growth, we offer a $25 credit toward an online portfolio review with our museum curator. In this review, we’ll provide constructive feedback, highlighting areas where you can improve and areas where your work already shows strength.
What file format and size should the images be in?
Your original submission is only for review. They should be JPEG’s sized at approximately 1100 pixels wide. After acceptance, you will receive instructions on how to size your work and submit the images we decide to display.
How will my work be displayed on the website?
You will have a full page in the Museum, including links to your current website. This will include your best pieces and your artist biography.
Is there an option to sell my work through the online museum platform?
No, not at this time. Your page will have a link to your selling platform or website, where our members and viewers can purchase your work. We will have a specific section on your Museum webpage to promote sales.
How do I know if my submission has been accepted for display?
We will contact you within a few weeks after making the application. The.
Are there any other fees?
Yes, once a year, starting the second year, we will ask you for a small maintenance fee of $55.00. This fee covers updating your photos once a year, keeping your page and links updated and doing regular maintenance and search engine optimization. We spend quite a bit of time on search engine optimization. If the page does not get updated, the ranking may suffer. We will update your photos upon review once a year with the submission of the fee.
